The STAUL INITIATIVE
What Is The Staul Initiative
The STAUL Initiative, planted by Treely, was founded to assist the over 8,500 small tract and under-served landowners in Chesterfield, Marlboro, and Darlington County who hold over 525,000 acres.
A nationwide problem, small landowners find it difficult getting professional help with their land. Professionals find it economically challenging serving small landowners... lets face it, theres not a lot of profit in 5 acres of land.
Across the nation there are over 200 million acres of privately owned timberland, held by small landowners - only 5% have any professional help.
Treely set out to change that. We spent over two years researching, having hundreds of conversations, and developing a methodology that allows us to help small landowners and professionals come together and "unlock the potential of every acre".
Services of The STAUL Initiative are free to landowners in Chesterfield, Marlboro, or Darlington County - reach out to us to learn more.
